About the Speaker

Adam LaRoche is a former Major League Baseball first baseman who played 12 seasons for the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Red Sox, Arizona Diamondbacks, Washington Nationals and Chicago White Sox.

Adam’s advocacy on behalf of victims of child sex slavery was fueled by his experience in undercover rescue operations of child victims in Southeast Asia. Today, he is using his voice and influence to sound the alarm about sex trafficking through his involvement with U.S. and international anti-trafficking agencies.

LaRoche and his wife, Jennifer, have two children and reside on their E3 Ranch in southeast Kansas, where they are owners of the E3 Meat Co.  LaRoche also enjoys fishing, hunting, and golf.
